How to prepare your e-mail:

Your total email file size permitted is (10) megabytes per message. Always compress your files when sending by email or ftp. This will help in preventing the files from becoming corrupt. When naming your files, please keep the file names under 8 characters. ex. 12345678.sit, .sitx, .zip, .rar

Stuffit Deluxe works well for the Macintosh platform. We support Stuffit Deluxe v12.

Winzip and RAR work well for the Windows platform. We support Winzip v11.1 and WinRaR v3.71

For jobs that are much larger, we also have a FTP Server to handle larger file uploads. We have Macintosh and PC droplet uploaders available for download in the FTP Services section.
